MSIZAVILLE is a privately owned investment company specializing in Project Engineering Management, Leadership and Life Coaching, Hospitality Services and Image Improvement Consultancy.

First established in early 1950's by Mrs Rebotiloe G Msiza as a fashion trading company, MSIZAVILLE specialized in the design, manufacturing and trading of "seshweshe" (Traditional SeSotho dresses, aprons and skirts). Married to a school teacher, Mrs Rebotile supported the MSIZAVILLE household with her stylish fashion designs and the business has provided stability and funding to what has become known as the Big 9, referring to the nine children of Mrs Rebotile Msiza. The business has been non-operational since 1992 following the retirement of Mrs. Msiza.

In 2005, OSTUHK Trading was independently registered by Andy Msiza, grandson to Mrs Rebotile Msiza to provide process engineering consultancy. The business has since grown to also include Leadership and Life Coaching and Hospitality Services after merging with Rebeccana, a Life Coaching and Hospitality Consultancy owned by Mali Msiza. 

In 2012, Mr Andy Msiza coined the MSIZAVILLE Investment Company, as an OSTUHK Trading name to commemorate the 10 years since the last "seshweshwe" trade from Mrs Rebotile Msiza. The name means "House of Help". It is synonymous to the help provided by Mrs Rebotile Msiza where she brought interesting fashion to the villages of many rural women who would have otherwise not have been regulars to the local towns. Today, the fashion trading is remodeled as Image Improvement Consulting Services to provide more holistic personal and group image enhancement services.
